Job Summary
Operations Unit Manager
The Operations Unit Manager leads and motivates the Operations Unit Team, allocates resources properly, communicates feedback and manages day-to-day operations activities to achieve desired results and offer an unbeatable client service while guaranteeing Boecker® value of Excellence.
Duties:
- Implement the standards set in Boecker® Operations Manual.
- Build strong relationships and effectively communicate with management, peers and staff.
- Oversee an effective appointment scheduling by all operations officers/senior officers.
- Ensure minimum pending appointments.
- Evaluate team members and confirm their compliance with Boecker® policies, standards and regulations.
- Perform regular courtesy calls and visits upon approved schedule by Operations Manager.
- Ensure that chemicals and non-chemical products are always available for the team and are being used efficiently and in proper concentration.
- Ensure that technicians’ dispatching and vehicles’ routing are being properly arranged.
- Execute monthly field raids.
- Follow up on VIP clients and ensure timely delivery of reports.
- Monitor the process of call backs’ response and solution.
- Organize monthly professional training for back office and field staff.
- Communicate regularly with Sales Department regarding new, toxic and old clients.
- Handle operations reports and discuss them with upper management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Agribusiness, Environmental Science, or equivalent.
- At least 6 years of experience in operations or relevant field.
- Proficiency in English is a must. Arabic is a plus.

Food Safety Consultant
The Food Safety Consultant designs, initiates and implements Boecker® Food Safety systems efficiently to represent the company and attend to clients’ needs by providing high quality services to its clients at all times while guaranteeing Boecker® value of Excellence.
Duties:
- Ensure that delivered services are aligned with Boecker® food safety manual terms and regulations.
- Design, initiate and implement in a timely manner safe food systems such as ISO 22000, HACCP, QPA, GMP, Kitchen Audits and other.
- Develop food safety manuals for specific clients (ISO, HACCP, GMP or other).
- Conduct courtesy calls and visits.
- Conduct kitchen audits and prepare gap analysis and other relevant reports.
- Organize, provide and deliver of Boecker® Food Safety training programs
- Handle exams’ process and issue certificates accordingly.
- Maintain data entries and data integrity on Boecker® systems.
- Support Sales team by providing them with leads and technical assistance during prospecting phase.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Food Sciences, Environmental Health, Nutrition or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in Food Safety, Quality Assurance, Training or relevant field.

Sales Consultant
The Sales Consultant inspects the market and sells Boecker® services and products through highly dynamic prospecting, solid relationship building, client presentations, proposal pricing and writing, contract negotiation, and efficient marketing tools and activities.
Duties:
- Implement the sales strategy developed by the Sales Manager to attain the monthly sales targets, goals, renewals, and profitability.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities by prospecting the market.
- Deliver sales presentations for prospects in a professional and effective manner.
- Survey premises to estimate technical requirements and pricing when needed.
- Present new products and services to existing clients and enhance client relationships through pre-planned courtesy calls and visits.
- Respond to client’s needs and follow up with all concerned parties on all aspects of their request.
- Prepare detailed offers, follow up till the offer becomes a contract and handle after-sales follow-up.
- Communicate effectively new sales and renewals to Operations Department.
- Document and deliver weekly and monthly sales reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Food Science or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing/B2B selling in relevant markets.

Collection Officer
The Collection Officer receives and handles the accounting of funds paid to Boecker® and contributes in in the Collection Unit activities to achieve stated and agreed upon targets and standards for collection and cash flow performance.
Duties:
- Issue invoices based on contract payment details and invoicing policies.
- Follow up with clients on their payments based on agreement.
- Handle accounting entries (receipt vouchers) for all payments received on daily basis.
- Reconciliate physical funds versus system entries and deliver them to the Accountant.
- Take appropriate action to secure payments and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare clients’ statements of account.
- Prepare return invoices for cancelled accounts and return sales orders for Sales staff accounts.
- Achieve KPIs and monthly collection target.
- Maintain files and documentation systematically and accurately, in accordance with the filing policies and procedures.
- Monitor client’s aging balances and maintain brackets within reasonable limits.
- Respond to clients’ requests (issuing statements, copy of invoices, …) promptly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivables.
- Proficiency in English is a must. Arabic is a plus.
- Computer Knowledge: Microsoft Office.

Operations Officer
The Operations Officer ensures effective appointment scheduling, team dispatching, and execution of the pest management services as per Boecker® standards. The Operations Officer also works with a Client-Oriented attitude in order to offer an exceptional client experience.
Duties:
- Implement the standards set in Boecker® Operations Manual.
- Schedule appointments as per client’s availability.
- Follow up on pending appointments if any and set a monthly plan to keep them to a minimum.
- Ensure that chemicals and non-chemical products are always available in adequate quantities for each team and monitor their consumption.
- Prepare daily schedules for on-site technicians and guarantee that the treatment is executed as per the programmed work schedule.
- Handle call backs and solve them within 48 hours.
- Ensure all vehicles have Boecker® warning signs (Fumigation, Floor warning signs, etc.), bait stations’ service records and other labels.
- Generate and submit the assigned reports to concerned management.
- Handle the client’s data accurately and timely on Boecker® systems.
- Perform courtesy calls and visits to clients and fill appropriate reports.
- Liaise with and advise clients on pests, sanitation and pest proofing recommendations, pesticide and pest control treatments including information on control strategies appropriate to each situation.
- Prepare overtime report and submit it to Operations Manager for approval.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Agribusiness, Environmental Science or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in operations or relevant field.

Technician
The Technician represents Boecker® in a professional manner at the client site by evaluating the pest control needs of the client and performing all job requirements using the Integrated Pest Management methodology.
Duties:
- Implement the standards set in Boecker® Operations Manual.
- Assess the needed tools, chemicals or other solutions using specific amounts and dosages.
- Inspect client premises and report sightings along with pest infestations levels.
- Identify the type of pest by inspecting their nests, droppings or other factors.
- Identify the root cause of the problem along with all infestations’ conducive condition.
- Follow instructions given by Operations Officers or FQA department.
- Install pest control devices such as baits, traps. Spray, fog and apply dust chemical solutions, gases, and powders when deemed necessary.
- Provide outstanding pest control services during treatment visits while adopting professional vocabulary and proper communication with clients.
- Preserve Boecker® Image (uniform, tools, equipment, pesticides, driving habits, professional, polite and responsible behavior).
- Ensure the tools, equipment, materials and products are safely placed in vehicles.
- Maintain and protect all company’s property in excellent condition such as vehicles and other assigned assets (cell phones, handheld devices, etc.).
- Keep detailed records of visits and actions taken by filling all requested forms and reports.
- Report findings and problems encountered on clients’ premises accurately to concerned stakeholder.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in fields such as construction, manufacturing or agriculture.
- Good command of spoken and written English is a must.

Accountant
The accountant performs general accounting duties such as journal entries and inventory counts by utilizing appropriate accounting control procedures.
The accountant assists the finance and accounting department in creating accurate and timely financial records for the organization according to the local accounting standards and Boecker® internal policies and procedures.
Candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting and have at least 2 years of market experience in accounting, stock control, accounts payable, and payroll.
Proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.
Collection Officer

Executive Assistant to the CEO
The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides administrative and management assistance functions including but not limited to planning the CEO’s schedules and meetings, assisting in time management activities, organizing data, ensuring quality control of all correspondence, making local and international travel arrangements, and scheduling and maintaining information in an efficient advanced filing.
Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent and have at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Food Safety Consultant

The HR Officer performs HR-related duties related to Recruitment and Selection, HR Development, Compensation and Benefits, and Employee Relations in order to meet Boecker® business requirements by attracting, developing, and retaining the right talent in the right place.
Requirements:
1-Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management or equivalent
